It was decided that in order to separate different sections of my essay within the publication, that title pages should be produced which introduce the topic, for instance objectivity, subjectivity and image analysis. For these developments, inspiration was again taken from Jonathon's Barnbrook's designs for Adbusters and my initial cover designs. An enlarged section of a poster designed by Jan Tschichold has been used in these designs (someone in favour of the grid and objectivity within design), which has been been handwritten over and scanned into the computer for effect. Based on what was written in my essay, it was decided to open these sections with the definitions of each word rather than the word itself, with the key words and phrases also underlined in red to highlight their importance as done on the front cover.
The same process was taken to define objectivity, however one variation uses an enlarged section of one of Josef Muller-Brockmann's typographic posters, who was also in favour of objectivity. Therefore by using a subjective method of handwriting the definition without the use of a grid can be seen as a stab at such arguments.
